This listing is for a very nice vintage thick case (~13mm height) Heuer 980.029 that has been fully restored as described below.  The case and bracelet have been refinished in black cerakote (a heat cured ceramic coating traditionally used on firearms). 
Reliable, fully functional, and ready to wear. This is an excellent “daily driver” watch that will perform well in almost any environment and looks great doing it. Classic styling in a reliable package. No winding so just grab and go!
Case size: ~37/38mm without crown.
•New battery which should be good for ~ two years.
•The movement is the original ESA quartz movement which appears clean and is currently running as intended. 
•The crystal is new and flawless. It has been substantially upgraded to a sapphire crystal which is nearly unscratchable!
•The bezel insert is original and in excellent condition which is hard to find these days. 
•This watch comes equipped with the pictured leather strap. We do have all black cerakoted bracelets but due to this being a thick case version there will be a height difference on the lugs/end links. Bracelets would be an added cost. 
•All seals (case back, crown, and crystal gasket) were replaced. This watch features a new screw down crown. The watch was pressure tested to 100m after the case service. 
•2-day USPS Priority Mail with full insurance is specified.
