Listing is for a VERY rare vintage Tag Heuer 980.031 that has been serviced as described below.
Reliable and ready to wear. This is an excellent “daily driver” watch that will perform well in almost any environment and looks great doing it. Classic styling in a reliable package. No winding so just grab and go!
The original coating was removed and was cerakoted (ceramic) which is traditionally a firearms coating and is very durable if not more so than the original 80s PVD coatings. 
There is one tiny barely noticeable mark on the dial as pictured. 
Case size: ~37 without crown (~40mm with crown and crown guards).
•New battery which should be good for two years or more.
•The movement is a newer ETA quartz just like the original movement used by Tag Heuer in the late 80s and early 90s and is complete with the original and rare black date wheel. 
•The crystal is new and flawless. It has been substantially upgraded to a sapphire crystal which is nearly unscratchable!
•The bezel insert is new and in excellent condition. 
•This watch comes with the pictured original Tag Heuer signed bracelet which has also been cerakoted and will fit up to a 7.75” wrist.
•The case back & crystal gaskets were replaced at the time of the service. This watch features a screw down crown and the watch was pressure tested after servicing.
