Listing is for a very nice vintage Tag Heuer 980.026L that has been serviced as described below.
Reliable and ready to wear. This is an excellent “daily driver” watch that will perform well in almost any environment and looks great doing it. Classic styling in a reliable package. No winding so just grab and go!
This PVD coating on this model is remarkably intact with wear largely on the bottom side as pictured.
Case size: ~38mm without crown (~40mm with crown and crown guards).
•New battery which should be good for two years or more.
•The original Tag Heuer-signed Swiss ESA movement is present and running as intended. Service history is unknown.
•The crystal is new and flawless. It has been substantially upgraded to a sapphire crystal which is nearly unscratchable!
•The bezel insert is original and in excellent condition for the age.
•This watch comes with the pictured genuine PVD coated Tag Heuer bracelet which will fit up to a 7.5” wrist.
•All seals (case back, crown, and crystal gasket) were replaced. This watch features a new screw down crown. The watch was pressure tested to 30m after the case service.
