Listing is for a vintage Tag Heuer Full Size 6000 series which was the top range for Tag at the time for their sports watches.


This is a unique piece which previously had a seal fail due to not having it replaced as often as it should. The seals are generally good for 5 years and should be lubricated every other year if possible. The dial has such a unique patina to it that we didn’t replace it and fully serviced the rest of the watch so you get a killer “wabi” patina in a reliable and water tight package. It was pressure tested to 30m after the service.


The case has been serviced in so much as that all of the rubber gaskets have been replaced.


This watch has been professionally serviced. Reliable, fully functional, and ready to wear.


Case size: ~38mm without crown, ~40mm with crown.


•New battery which should be good for two years or more.


•The movement is a new Swiss ETA Quartz which is exactly the same that the watch was originally equipped with.


•The sapphire crystal is original and includes a date magnifier.


•The bezel is in excellent condition for its age and it rotates unidirectionally (counter clockwise) for timing various activities.


•This watch comes with the original Tag Heuer stainless steel bracelet that fits up to a 7.5” wrist. Additional links are usually available on eBay for reasonable prices if needed.


•All rubber seals (case back and crown) were replaced. This watch features a screw down crown.
