Buyers can fade out the bezel insert to give a patina to it but without unsightly scratches. This will make it look more original to the watch if so desired. Contact us for directions.
These are custom made and are not available elsewhere (other than our website).
Due to production variations during the long production run of these watches some installations may require glue. If required I would suggest GS hypo-cement. It is easy to use and is more flexible and forgiving than superglue.
Sometimes a spacer is needed depending on your model version. If you have an early thick case version please let us know.
There is another seller on eBay selling an inferior and less original style product with incorrect markings as well as a incorrect high gloss finish which stands out quite badly as an aftermarket piece. The seller also has a questionable history/shady or deceptive return policies. We are a long standing reputable seller on eBay and an active member in the vintage Dive watch community.
This insert is NOT for the Monnin French made divers. If your bezel does not have the inner stainless edge nearest to the crystal then this will not work for your watch.
